How Your Draft EIS Comments Were Used

Draft EIS public comments were reviewed, analyzed and responded to in the Final EIS.

The public comment period for the Draft EIS has closed. Comments received or postmarked by the deadline were reviewed, analyzed and responded to in the Final EIS. Please note that this does not mean that reviewers included every individual comment in the Final EIS, but instead may have provided one response to a group of similar comments. Based on comments it received from the public, DOE revised the Draft EIS.
