Imperial-Mexicali 230-kV Transmission Lines EIS Public Scoping Meetings in November

The DOE will hold public scoping meetings to obtain comments for the EIS in El Centro and Calexico on November 20, 2003, at the following times and locations:

• El Centro, California,
  12 p.m. to 3 p.m., November 20
  City Hall of El Centro
  1275 W. Main Street


• Calexico, California,
  5 p.m. to 8 p.m., November 20
  City of Calexico City Hall
  608 Heber Street
