No UF6 cylinder shall be filled with a quantity of UF6, which when heated to 250°F, will occupy for than 95% of the cylinder's certified minimum volume.
The amount of uranium hexafluoride that can be placed in a cylinder is limited so that the cylinder does not rupture when heated.
